Zoning Ordinances were passed by the Arnoldsville City Council during the regular monthly meeting held on February 16, 2017.
To aid in the implementing and enforcing of these ordinances, the city hired a Land Use/Code Enforcement Officer, effective April 1, 2017.
The council also appointed a Board of Appeals made up of three citizens of the city. This appointment will be for a three (3) year period.
Zoning issues may be directed to the city via email or voicemail giving details regarding any questions that may arise. When a question is presented, the Land Use/Code Enforcement Officer will make contact with citizens inquiring about their various zoning issues/questions. He will then make a determination on what action should be taken and convey the steps that need to be followed to the citizen inquiring.
Forms that are required for submitting requests for a variance or amendment to any zoning item are available on this page. There is also a current Zoning Map
